Poland’s President Wins First Round of Election

WARSAW—Poland’s President Andrzej Duda received the 1st round of an election on Sunday, but without the easy bulk he needed to steer clear of a runoff, as turnout broke quarter-century-previous documents in the European Union’s 1st national election due to the fact the coronavirus pandemic swept the continent.
